Hey guys, I wanted to just quickly do a blog post on one reason why I love Footprints as an organization. It is an organization that encapsulates the word: “together.” Rooted deep down, the family enables members to do activities with others as a group; for example, making crafts for the unit, having a shift buddy, having a big/little… The list goes on and on. The idea of togetherness caused my admiration for Footprints to grow over time as I got to know more people within the organization.

One particular aspect of Footprints that I found joy in doing was making videos for the CLTV YouTube Channel with my friend Eugene. I love to play sports and Eugene does as well, so our interest piqued video ideas that we could make for the kids on the unit. I was always someone who enjoyed making videos and films since high school, and I thought it was the perfect intersection between my interests and the goal of Footprints: to allow kids to "just be kids." Eugene and I have accumulated two videos (serving a pickleball and kicking a soccer ball tutorial) over the past two semesters. Although it did take a lot of attempts to make, I always have fun making them. I hope to provide an outlet for entertainment and a sense of togetherness for the patients watching in the hospital or at home through my love of sports and filmmaking. With my time left in Footprints, I hope to bring more lasting impacts to the people I call family. Also shameless plug: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=716IbMFhcGE&t=2s, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJPI61tPY8Y&t=2s. Go watch them so we can get them views up. Thanks guys!

A Black Pixel Screen turns all pixels completely black, offering complete darkness for focus, relaxation, and energy savings. It is widely used for display testing, helping to identify dead pixels, backlight bleeding, and screen uniformity issues.
